Bill on fixed, assigned or purchased seats, with included quantities, minimums and optional proration by day.
Supplier rows by period
Import supplier rows into a period. Source IDs, contract mapping and calculated quantities stay in one snapshot.
Checked against invoices
Compare the period with posted invoice lines and see quantity and price differences before approval.
Approve, then quote
A manager approves the review before draft quotations are created. The same usage can't be billed twice.
Good to know
- Supplier data goes in through a documented, normalized CSV. There is no direct connection to Microsoft Graph, Pax8, NinjaOne or a PSA.
- Odoo Online can't install custom Python add-ons, so it needs Odoo.sh or your own server.

Can I import my supplier's export as it is?
No. Rows go in through a documented, normalized CSV format.
Can the same usage be billed twice?
No. Checks on the source period stop the same usage from being billed again.
