How to show a Google Sheet or Excel file as a searchable table on Wix

Publish the table

1. Add SheetTable to the site from the Wix App Market.
2. Import an Excel or CSV file, or a Google Sheet that is public and readable without signing in.
3. Edit cells and reorder rows if needed. Add images, links, badges and formats for prices, numbers and dates.
4. Pick a theme, colours and fonts, and translate the column headers if the site is not in English.
5. Choose how the table looks on phones: stacked cards, or a scrolling table with a sticky first column.
6. Publish. Visitors can search and sort the table.

Private Google Sheets are not supported. Make the Sheet public, or export it as CSV and import the file.

Keep it in sync

On the Pro plan, a public Google Sheet is refreshed when someone visits the page after the interval you choose, so the table follows the Sheet without manual imports. Pro also adds column filters, conditional formatting and CSV downloads, and allows unlimited tables of up to 5,000 rows. Business allows up to 50,000 rows per table and several sheet tabs.

What does not come along

SheetTable imports values with its own formatting. Workbook styles, macros and live formulas are not reproduced, so calculate in the Sheet and let the table show the results.
